Please note that the minimum order value for our Tailor to call free of charge is £247.

3 Ways To Order...

Online
You can order online by selecting a fabric then click 'Info & Prices'. You can then view large pictures of the fabric, and order Free fabric samples.  Scroll down the page to see the price list.  To order, click 'add item' to add the item to your basket. From the basket you can either continue shopping or checkout.

Postal Order Form
When you request fabric samples we will also enclose a brochure, price list and order form.  You can use the order form to place your order by post or fax if you prefer. 

By Telephone
Make a note of the fabrics you like and the price, then 'phone us on:

Please have your credit card details ready.

Payment
All you need to pay with your order is a £25 deposit. The balance will be payable when your covers are ready.

You may wish to give us credit card authorisation for the whole amount of your order or pay the balance by cheque when the template is made. In either case, we will not charge your credit card or cash your cheque until the covers are dispatched.

When we receive your order:

• We will confirm it to you in writing and pass details on you your local Tailor.
• Our Tailor will arrange a convenient time to call.
• The tailor will call and make a cloth template of your furniture and also show you large fabric samples so you can confirm your choice of fabric or change if you wish.
• When your covers are ready and payment is received we will dispatch your Covers to you by ParcelForce.

Fabric stock cuttings:
All fabrics vary in shade from batch to batch. If an exact shade is critical, you can request a cutting from the roll from which your covers will be made. We will hold sufficient fabric for your order on that roll until you confirm the shade is acceptable (up to a maximum of 14 days from dispatch of the sample). The charge for this service is £10.
